Our aim is to provide you with a distinctive package, meticulously designed by us, containing a diverse assortment of books. The timing and contents of each package depend on your chosen package and selected age range for your child.

Your subscription provides access to a carefully curated blend of the best new releases and hidden gem classics. Depending on the subscription plan or membership level you choose, your options include: (i) a 7-day exploration period to read and enjoy the books with your children, with the ability to return any books you don't wish to keep, provided they are in untouched condition; (ii) an unlimited time to read and discover the books, with the freedom to send back any titles you decide not to hold onto, assuming they are in immaculate condition; or (iii) the opportunity to permanently add a specific number of books to your collection as part of your subscription, all in accordance with our detailed shipping and return policy.

Illuminate Muslim Minds Single Purchase and Subscription Package - Shipments & Returns
You have the option to make a stand-alone purchase of Books curated by Illuminate Muslim Minds, which is independent of a subscription. Alternatively, you can subscribe to a Subscription Package. As a subscribed member of Illuminate Muslim Minds Subscription Package, you will receive a different selection of Books with each cycle. Upon ordering a stand-alone box of Books or a Subscription Package for Books, you provide authorization for us to charge you for the Books or Subscription Package, along with all associated costs related to your chosen shipment method. It's important to note that these Terms of Service will apply to any shipment made.

All purchases made separately or books received as part of a subscription package are deemed final. Returns are not accepted unless it is verified that the books were damaged before they reached you.
Currently, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (please refer to Stripe, our third-party payment provider, for an updated list). We utilize a third-party payment service to process your credit card information. By submitting your credit card details, you authorize Illuminate Muslim Minds to store and process this information through the third-party payment service, which may be changed periodically. It is important to note that Illuminate Muslim Minds is not liable for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information.
Financial matters related to your information are subject to the terms of service of the third-party payment service provider, the current version of which can be found at https://stripe.com/us/legal/. You acknowledge that we may change the third-party payment service and transfer your information to other service providers that employ secure socket layer technology (SSL) or comparable security technology to encrypt your information.

To begin utilizing the Illuminate Muslim Minds subscription Services for Themed Packages and/or Subscription Packages, it is necessary to register an Illuminate Muslim Minds account ("Account") on our Website. Creating an Account is a straightforward process – you just need to input a valid email address. For us to effectively provide you with the Service, you must establish and maintain an Account, and additionally provide us with the following:

 1. A United States shipping address (unless the Account is created specifically for gift card purchases).
 2. A valid credit card number and billing information. It is essential that the individual creating the Account has the right to use this credit card. This, along with any other information provided during the creation of your Account, collectively constitutes "Account Information."

As a registered user, you recognize and consent to the use of such information for communication purposes related to the Service. This includes the possibility of receiving special offers and commercial email messages. However, you have the option to opt out of these communications by either sending an email to info@illuminatemuslimminds.com or selecting the unsubscribe option, as may be provided in the relevant email correspondence.

Illuminate Muslim Minds Shipments. When you subscribe for a shipment, Illuminate Muslim Minds will send you a selection of Books for you to read and evaluate in the comfort of your own home. You have the freedom to decide whether to keep all, some, or none of the Books in the shipment. The charges for the items you choose to keep will be applied as detailed in the Service Fee and Payment section (outlined below).

As a subscribed Illuminate Muslim Minds Themed Package member, each cycle will bring you a distinct package featuring a different selection of Books within our Themed Package. Please note that Books are not available for direct order, and we do not fulfill requests for Books or Themed Boxes from previous cycles.

Upon ordering a shipment, you provide authorization for us to charge you for the shipment in accordance with these Terms of Service. As outlined in the Service Fee and Payment section, you are responsible for: (i) the Service Fee for any shipment that is not canceled with the required notice, and (ii) the price of any Books that are not returned in accordance with our policies. These Terms of Service apply to all shipments. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address for reasons, including being outside the geographic area we serve (currently limited to the United States and U.S. territories) or if the address has a history of fraudulent purchases.

For Themed Package Subscribers, returning books is treated as declining a purchase offer. If you choose not to keep any books from your shipment, you may return them to us without incurring any cost, as long as they are in pristine condition. Simply place them back in the original box for return. Unless your subscription plan grants you the flexibility to hold onto the books for an unlimited time before making a decision to return or purchase, any books you wish to return must be dispatched back to us postmarked no later than seven days from the date you received them, a period referred to as the "Return Date."

If you keep any of the books from your package or if you don't send back the returns by the Return Date, it's taken as your agreement to buy those books. After the Return Date, we may bill your account for those books. If you need to return a book after the Return Date, you must request it quickly, and such requests may be approved at the discretion of Illuminate Muslim Minds only. Remember, it's crucial to return books in pristine condition, as judged by Illuminate Muslim Minds and the Publisher of the books.

Regrettably, we cannot guarantee the ability to exchange or replace any item.

When we schedule a shipment, it's considered an offer for you to purchase the books included. You have the freedom to decline this offer by returning any unwanted books, as outlined previously. Your acceptance of our shipment offer is confirmed once we process the payment for the Service Fee (detailed further below) and dispatch the books to you. Nevertheless, we retain the discretion to reject your shipment request for any reason. Should we decide to decline your request, we will attempt to inform you using the email address you have provided.

Once the shipment is dispatched, you are considered to have accepted all the books. Ownership and the risk of loss for the books transfer to you the moment we hand them over to a common carrier for delivery.

Once we dispatch a shipment to you, a "Service Fee" that is non-refundable will be applied, with the specific amount detailed on our Website. This fee is charged to your credit card or another payment method you've selected, occurring between when you place the order and when the shipment is dispatched. Please be aware that no changes can be made to your initial shipment once your order is placed. After your order is processed, whether it's your first or a subsequent order, it cannot be canceled.

Should you not have a membership that permits you to keep the books for an unspecified time before deciding whether to return or purchase them, you must return any books you do not intend to buy within seven days of receiving your shipment. If the books are not returned by the Return Date, you will be obligated to pay for all books not returned. It is important to note that the Service Fee will not be applied as a credit towards the purchase price of any books.

To make a payment, you must provide Illuminate Muslim Minds with the necessary information for order processing, including your shipping address and billing details. Payments for the Service Fee and the purchase of any Books can be made via credit card or another payment method available on the Website. If you have a credit in your Account during the processing of the Service Fee or purchase, the credit will be applied before charging your credit card or other available payment method. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment method in accordance with this policy.

If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, which you can find on the subscription management page of your Account, it will be interpreted as your intention to renew your membership or receive the next shipment, based on the type of membership you have. By not canceling, you consent to the Service Fee being automatically charged to the card you have on file, on a recurring basis, until you decide to cancel your subscription. To cancel, you can either: (i) log into your account, navigate to the "Account" section on your homepage, click on the "Cancel Subscription" link, and follow the instructions provided, or (ii) send an email to info@Illuminatemuslimminds.com with the subject line "I want to stop receiving Books" from the email address linked to your account.

Upon canceling your account, you remain responsible for paying for any Books not returned in your previous shipments. You confirm that you will not use any credit card or other form of payment without proper authorization. Illuminate Muslim Minds will not be held liable if your credit card, PayPal account, or other payment method is used by your children or others with or without your permission to make orders on the Services. However, you can report any unauthorized use to us, and we will take reasonable measures to prevent future unauthorized use of your credit card or other payment method within our control.

If your membership doesn't include the option to keep books for an indefinite period before choosing to return or buy them, any books not returned with a postmark by the Return Date will be deemed purchased. Refunds will not be provided for these books, and they will be included in our donation program, regardless of whether payment for them has been received.

The Service Fee must be paid in full before delivery. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (please refer to Stripe, our third-party payment provider, for an updated list). The Service Fee is non-refundable, even if you opt not to receive your final shipment.

For your convenience and to ensure uninterrupted service, in the event that your payment method reaches its expiration date, and you do not update your credit card information, you grant us authorization to continue billing the credit card on file. This includes extending the expiration date until we receive notification from you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We recommend that you regularly update your payment method information or cancel your membership, if applicable, if you wish to discontinue paying the recurring Service Fee and receiving Books for consideration of purchase.

We utilize a third-party payment service instead of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card details, you authorize Illuminate Muslim Minds to store and process your information through the third-party payment service, which may be changed periodically. It is important to note that Illuminate Muslim Minds will not be held responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information.

Books are assigned a standard price known as the "List Price" by the Publisher. Illuminate Muslim Minds establishes the pricing of Books based on Illuminate Muslim Minds Club Pricing. With the exception of Subscription Packages, Illuminate Muslim Minds offers a discount equivalent to or below the price set by Amazon, provided that Amazon sells and fulfills each of the chosen books. It's important to note that Amazon List Prices are established for each calendar month, and Illuminate Muslim Minds is not responsible for matching any price changes that may occur throughout the calendar month.

In situations where a book is not fulfilled by Amazon, Illuminate Muslim Minds will independently determine the Illuminate Muslim Minds Club price. It's worth mentioning that not all books are subject to discounts. When publishers prohibit discounting, customers will be charged the full list price, and this information will be clearly stated in the invoice sent to customers along with the shipment.

You are accountable for the payment of any Service Fees, as well as state and local sales taxes applicable to your order, in cases where we choose or are obligated to collect and remit such taxes. If we do not collect the applicable sales tax, you are responsible for paying the relevant use taxes.

Illuminate Muslim Minds offers gift cards, which can be purchased for individuals aged 18 and older through the Services. These gift cards can be redeemed solely within our Services for various products. It's important to note that Illuminate Muslim Minds Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Illuminate Muslim Minds Gift Cards do not incur maintenance, activation, or other fees. The risk of loss and title for Illuminate Muslim Minds Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or designated recipient, or upon our delivery to the carrier, depending on the applicable scenario.

Illuminate Muslim Minds is not liable for lost or stolen Illuminate Muslim Minds Gift Cards or for unauthorized use without your or the recipient's permission. We reserve the right to close accounts and request alternative forms of payment if an Illuminate Muslim Minds Gift Card is fraudulently obtained or used.

Subscribers have the option to participate in Illuminate Muslim Minds' referral program, where a customer refers another customer (who has not made any previous purchases from Illuminate Muslim Minds), and one or both customers receive an incentive or bonus. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Illuminate Muslim Minds and you may seek injunctive relief and other equitable remedies from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights, whether in aid of, pending, or independently of the resolution of any dispute pursuant to the arbitration procedures set forth in this section titled "Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver."

e. If Illuminate Muslim Minds implements any material change to this section titled "Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver," such change will not apply to any claim for which you provided written notice to Illuminate Muslim Minds before the implementation of the change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Agreement, and any disputes or claims arising in connection with it (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America. The parties hereby agree that Cook County, Illinois is the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all disputes or claims in connection with this Agreement.

Any dispute related to the Service or these Terms, or their subject matter, shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration will take place in Chicago, Illinois, conducted by a single arbitrator with expertise in commercial distribution and product resale. The arbitrator will provide detailed written explanations to support the award, and regardless of the outcome, each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) associated with the arbitration proceeding, along with fifty percent (50%) of the arbitrator's fees and the AAA fees.

You agree and acknowledge that, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, Illuminate Muslim Minds owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to (i) the Website, the Services, and all improvements, enhancements, and modifications thereto, (ii) comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding any aspect of the Services or the Website submitted by you (notwithstanding the Feedback section above), (iv) all Themed Packages and/or Subscription Packages, and (v) all intellectual property and proprietary rights in and related to any of the foregoing (collectively, "Illuminate Muslim Minds Intellectual Property"). In the event that you have or later acquire any right, title, or interest in any Illuminate Muslim Minds Intellectual Property, you hereby irrevocably transfer and assign all such right, title, and interest in such Illuminate Muslim Minds Intellectual Property to us.

If you are situated in the United States, in the event that any provisions of this Agreement are not allowed by applicable law or regulation, those provisions shall have no force or effect between you and Illuminate Muslim Minds. Should any portion of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that specific part will be considered severable and will not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions between you and Illuminate Muslim Minds.

Illuminate Muslim Minds is authorized to collect, use, disclose, store, share, and process such personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
